Hey y'all, I'm Sam and welcome to my website.     I love god, my family, and creating art. My painting style includes the use of Charcoal, oil paints, and soft pastels. The Charcoal i use for both under drawing and defining edges throughout the painting process. The oil paint is the body of the work making up the majority of what you see. The pastels are to add further details, pop highlights, and to bring a "soft" look to the painting. When using pastels sometimes i use whiskey to break it down into the canvas. i use Knives to mix paints, add some details, and carve textures. I may do a few other little things but thats a majority of my painting process.
